- Föreningen har nu installerat laddstolpar för elbilar på parkeringsplats 1-5 samt 17-21
- Plats kommer att erbjuds de som idag har en parkeringsplats och en elbil/laddhybrid.
- Ingen får förtur till dessa laddplatser utan måste stå i vanlig kö till parkering.
- De boende som idag har en parkering och har fått laddstolpe installerad utan att ha en sådan bil kan således komma behöva erbjudas en annan p-plats inom föreningen.
- Detta sker dock bara om det finns boende med elbil som fått erbjudande om parkeringsplats eller har en parkering idag utan laddningsmöjlighet.
- Kostnad för parkering med laddstolpe om man har en elbil kommer att bli 550 kr/månad plus elförbrukning. Förbrukningen kommer att mätas individuellt och stolpen kommer att aktiveras med hjälp av tagg/app från Rexolution, debitering av förbrukad el (4 sek/kwh) kommer att ske genom deras tjänst.
- Har du en plats med laddstolpe men saknar elbil kommer kostnaden att vara oförändrad alltså 350 kr/månad.
- Systemet kommer att driftsättas under Q2 2023 (tidigast 1 april)

- The tenant owners association has now installed charging posts for electric cars in parking space 1-5 and 17-21.
- Space will be offered to those who currently have a parking space and an electric car/plug in hybrid.
- No one gets priority access to these charging points, but must stand in a regular queue for parking.
- The residents who currently have a parking lot and have had a charging post installed without having such a car might need to be offered another parking space within the property.
- This will only occur if there are residents with electric cars who have been offered a parking space or have a parking today without charging possibility.
- Cost for parking space with a charging post if you have an electric car will be SEK 550 a month plus electric consumption. Consumption will be measured individually and the charging will be activated using a tag/app from Rexolution. Billing for the used power (4 sek/kwh) will be done through their service.
- If you have a parking space with a charging post but do not have an electric car, the cost will remain unchanged, ie SEK 350 a month.
- The system will be deployed in Q2 2023 (April 1 at the earliest)
